Eric Linin
4Sight’s Managing Consultant, Eric Linin focuses on learning strategy, talent management and management development.
His background is in the Financial Services Industry where as a Senior Member of the Learning Team at Lloyds TSB he was responsible for a number of innovative learning related developments. He formed 4Sight Learning and Development in April 2006 to provide a bespoke consultancy service to businesses wanting to make learning and skills development the cornerstone of their strategy for business change and growth. Amongst Eric’s key achievements are:
- The design of the operating model for the University for Lloyds TSB which has won two Corporate University Xchange Excellence Awards
- The development of Group-wide and business level learning strategies that have added value to the business and increased the profile of learning in the organisation.
- The design and implementation of a comprehensive learning curriculum covering all areas from leadership development through to IT training.
- The conception and creation of a career management strategy that has transformed staff perception of careers management within the organisation.
Additionally, Eric’s involvement with external organisations and working parties has given him a broad appreciation of the lifelong learning agenda and an impressive network of thought leaders and opinion formers in the skills development field.
Eric is also an experienced career advisor, performance coach and mentor having worked one to one with a number of senior figures in both the public and private sector
He is also a Programme Director for the Advanced Diploma in Learning Management, an accredited programme offered by
The Learning Sanctuary
and designs and delivers master classes internationally on their behalf
Eric holds an MBA from the Open University, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and
Development (FCIPD) and of the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning (FITOL). He is currently undertaking a Diploma in French.
Eric and his team of associates are able to design and deliver programmes across the whole spectrum of Leadership, Talent and Management Development. Eric himself is comfortable operating at senior levels as a coach and strategic consultant.
